ARA National Coaching Conference

'Pathway to a Successful Programme'  - the ARA's annual National Coaching Conference will be held in Daventry, Northants.  Presentations and workshops with GB rowing coaches on progression and pathways for athletes and coxes, sessions on sports psychology, celebration of 'Coach of the Year', Annual Awards Dinner.
