High Performance Programmes in Clubs Brochure

Introduction

GB Rowing recognises and supports successful High Performance Programmes in a number of leading clubs funded through the National Lottery.

Since July 2006 Siemens has been the High Performance Partner of the GB Rowing Team and their additional support has allowed further investment in this key programme.

The clubs included in this programme have a track record of coaching rowers to challenge for a place in the GB Rowing National Squads and are committed to the ARA’s World Class Performance Strategy for Rowing.

The clubs have an open door recruitment policy and GB Rowing recognises at least one specialist discipline in each club’s programme. These are:
